27th January 2023 Beena
Hello everyone, it has been a super busy week for me, with feasting on most daysπππ. That means weight gain is inevitableππ. But most importantly, I had no time to think of a subject to paintπ. So finally drew this with a ruler with all kinds of shapes. I was clueless, so I began throwing colours around and became even more confusedππ.
However, I loved the comments from the Friday group when I sent my artwork of the week. Some comments were; that I have Alzheimer’s, that it looked like a batik painting, a celestial space with linking bridges that connect between worlds, and two said they saw a dogπ€π€. I am still looking for the dogπ; if you can see it, please post it here. There was a comment on the background colours that depict positive thoughts, and the various circles, squares, and triangles represent unity in diversity. For some, it was like heaven and earth. I only saw a celestial spaceπππ.
However, I am rather pleased with all the encouragement that I received. I was very reluctant to post this painting today, but I had nothing else to postπ. But I know my style is not abstract as I can’t think out of the box most timesπ€¦π½ββοΈπ€¦π½ββοΈ.
I will return to my usual painting style, as abstract art is challenging. Enjoy the weekend, and think before you jump into the unknownπππ.

I like that you are challanging yourself and willing to explore new dimensions ….loved all the comments too.
Yes I suppose when one is clueless you will be brave to venture into the unknown until things go wrong I suppose.
It’s a very nice and colourful painting. Can let the imaginations run wild.
Let the imagination runs. Doing time travel, bubbling with the light, like the little dog sitting on the silver bubble ππ€©
I still didnt see the dog
ππ
Mesmerizing??
Truly Abstract art work with hints of travel into space by the decreasing line of squares circles and triangles
The rectangular shape enclosing two circles ying/yang?
Can’t comment on anything more… π€£π€£
Yes that celestial space evolved without me realising it.:)
Exquisite piece of abstract art! A leisurely stroll through space as stars and their solar systems drift lazily. Time as we know it, is totally irrelevent as our own humongous fiery Sun is but another yellow orange marble in the distance.
Beethoven’s ‘Ode to Joy’ would be an apt piece of background score for this ‘2023, A Space Odyssey’. Sadly, sound doesn’t travel through a vaccuum…
Enough of this daydreaming! Beena, once again, it’s a beautiful work of abstract art!
Thank you Mani for that huge support as my attempt at cluelessness. Maybe when I run out of ideas I will venture into Space:)
Excellent ! it is better than some stuff i saw in museum π
You have a futur in abstract painting, i tell you !
Thank you my dear, i hope not as I still prefer to paint realistic stuff that I can relate to.
