I love this Chinese-style painting by Ms Wendy. It’s a serene scene of a couple standing on a cliff, their gazes fixed on a distant horizon. The painting invites us to wonder what they might be looking at, adding a sense of mystery and intrigue to the piece.

Ms Wendy has beautifully painted the details of the mountains and the cliff. The couples’ faces are cheerful, as though they had a meal and are captivated by the beauty of the distant place. I see some houses on the mountain side. Maybe they have relatives or friends living on that side.
