9th March 2025 Dr Mathew George & Beena
I was in awe of Dr. Mathew George’s cross-stitch masterpiece, a breathtaking portrayal of the Snake River in the USA. The amount of time and effort he poured into this incredibly intricate piece is commendable.
My journey with cross-stitching began in school, where I created simple pieces with large holes and thick thread, often resulting in a pillow. My mom, always proud of my work, would show it to our friends. Back then, I couldn’t fathom her pride. Little did I know, my skills would evolve to appreciate the complexity of Dr. Mathew George’s work today.
Today, I am proud of Matthew’s work and many others who contribute their artwork to this website. Please share your thoughts on what made your parents proud when you were young.
