I wish to introduce Dr Sriimathii. She painted this in acrylic. She used to paint during her younger days and decided to return to her hobby. This is her interpretation of her painting.
We use pink and blue colours for gender, pink for girls and blue for boys. However, I decided to use pink clouds against the lavender sky instead of white and blue. I associate pink with joy and confidence. We get a violet or purple colour when we mix blue and red.
Life is full of daily challenges. When I painted this, the pink clouds were the positive outcome, however bleak the day may be denoted by the purplish sky. The foreground of plants reflects our growth each time we overcome our challenges. Stay strong, don’t get pulled down by obstacles. Nothing stays down for long😂😂. Be Happy.
