When I saw this painting by Kala, I thought how wonderful it is to have a cup of tea with cake and biscuits. She painted with acrylic paint. I can sense calmness emanating from this painting. It is a place that I would love to be with a friend or friends anytime.

I don’t know about you. I love cakes. It is such a weakness. Maybe when I was young, I loved eating cupcakes that looked like butterflies. It had two wings with cream in the centre. I have looked for this traditional cupcake for a long time. I am still looking for it. Since I love cakes, I have started baking cakes. I baked a cake called coffee cake. It has no coffee in it, hence the surprise. It was a delicious cake that I shared with friends🤗.

Since there is so much information about reducing sugar in our diet, I only eat cakes occasionally. But did you know that the French eat desserts daily and are not overweight?
