Hello everyone. When I posted my painting of the Blue Indian Mosque in Kuching, I was overwhelmed by the outpouring of comments and appreciation. Painted in gouache, this small 6 x 6-inch piece was created to share Eid joy.

What touched me most were the heartfelt requests to use my painting as Eid greetings for friends and loved ones. I felt deeply honoured—this was a genuine recognition of my art’s ability to connect and inspire. There was no award ceremony, just sincere gestures and kind words. Some even shared that their recipients valued the greeting and the art.

This experience reminded me that it’s the simple, genuine gestures that matter most in life. These acts, free from fanfare, hold the deepest significance. Thank you all for embracing my art as part of your Eid celebrations. Wishing everyone a joyful Eid, and may peace and kindness flourish everywhere.
