I drew Kanakakunnu Palace with a digital art pencil/pen. Travancore King Sree Moolam Thirunal (1885-1924) built this palace with the help of Visvakarmas. The royal family mainly used the palace grounds for their summer retreat and for hosting guests.
Today, the palace grounds have transformed into a public space featuring a meticulously maintained garden. This open space is a historical site and a vibrant hub for cultural events, including the annual Nishagandhi festival.
Interestingly, the public now partakes in a space only reserved for the royalty😎😎😎.
