Hello everyone, here’s another stunning painting from Kala. She used Procreate, a digital art tool, for this piece. It depicts light rising and illuminating the dark forest. I interpret this as a sunrise.

Have you noticed that many artists adore sunrises and sunsets? Have you ever wondered why? I believe both moments create a stunning sky. One happens at waking while the other occurs at dusk. I think it’s the myriad of colours that captures our imagination. Personally, I find sunrises especially inspiring. They remind me that each day is a fresh start, regardless of what happened the day before. We can feel happy even if our day wasn’t perfect. Artists love to paint things that make them happy. And if their art makes someone else happy, that’s a real bonus.
