Hello everyone😊😊. I am posting the 100th painting by Kala. I remember writing about her mission of painting 100 pictures in 100 days. Let me share with you regarding painting. Even though I am new in this field, there are days when I have no inspiration🥹🥹🥹. To paint something daily takes a lot of determination and commitment.
However, finding a subject to paint is another task. So I wish to congratulate Kala for her determination🍾🍾. Nevertheless, I feel there is always this sense of wonder in most of us when we accomplish something we worked hard for. I have felt that many times. It is a beautiful feeling inside us. It may be baking a cake, gardening or seeing the smile on a friend’s face. We need to hold onto that wonder.
Recently, I read that wonder gives us greater mental well-being than positive thinking. To think positively takes constant practice. Wonder has an element of surprise, and that happens naturally😂😂😂. We wake up in the morning to the sound of birds that made us smile. That surprise is instantaneous. It fills us with a happy sensation. Well, that’s what I concluded. By the way, Kala’s painting has filled me with wonder. Let me know your thoughts on this topic of wonder😊😊🙏.

Agreed on wonder gives better chemistry to our mind n body. It triggers the 5 happy hormones to give us a fairytale like mood.
Positive thinking requires constant efforts, something we can achieve through mind struggles over a period of time.
