Today, I am back to share a lovely bouquet of Pink Mist Lilies against a purple background. I’ve used acrylics because I love their richness and vibrant feel. Purple is a colour of royalty.
The Lilly is shaped like a chalice and is said to symbolise purity, sympathy, beauty, and union. The Pink Mist, with an attractive pinkish base, is delicate and withers quickly. The blooms with curvy fringes at the edge grow to a height of 90 cm. It is quick and easy to grow but is an invasive plant.
I enjoyed painting this piece. It radiates a certain grace and calm. I appreciate your thoughts.
