28th November 2024 Kala & Beena
Hello, everyone. You must have noticed that I was silent for quite some time. Yes, when I saw this painting by Kala, it reminded me that I was alone in a gazebo. Kala painted this in acrylic, and I am thrilled to share my thoughts about gazebos with you all. I can’t wait to hear your perspectives on this topic.
Gazebos, a common feature in many public gardens, hold a fascinating history. They are like a resting place after a long walk, a sanctuary amidst the bustling world. Did you know that gazebos first appeared in Egypt more than 5,000 years ago? They were also present in China, Persia, and other classical civilizations, each with its unique design and purpose.
As I reflect on the concept of gazebos, I can’t help but feel that we all have the power to create our own virtual gazebos in our personal spaces. In a world where space is shrinking and stress is continuous, can we not find our own ‘gazebos’? These spaces are not just for resting our tired bodies, but also for rejuvenating our tired minds. I’m eager to hear your thoughts on these virtual ‘gazebos’ and how they can be a source of inspiration and empowerment in our lives🤗🤗.

Good suggestions, virtual gazebos🤔.
Haha, glad you liked the virtual gazebo. Not everyone can have a gazebo, but it is not the end of the road, right:)
I love this painting by Kala. Her gazebo looks so inviting. The plants around it are so beautiful too. Thanks for sharing Kala’s work with us.
For me to relax and rejuvenate myself, I just travel back in time to Ko Samui Big John hotel beach resort, I love the sound and sight of waves rushing to the shore and receding endlessly. So soothing whether it was in the early morning or late evening.
Hi Jen, glad that you found this painting brings calm and centrality. Nothings beats a reset in us. It is rejuvenating.
