I painted these abstract flowers in vivid colours. I noticed that some of my paintings or artwork have been in monotone.
However, I believe we express ourselves in colours based on our mood. I might have been in a better frame of mind when I painted these flowers. In art, there is beauty even when we paint in a monotone. In fact, it is challenging to paint using one colour. The painting can appear flat if we don’t show values with the same colour. As an artist, I would prefer to create some depth in my art.
