Today I post a sketch that I did of the Oorali Appoppan Kavu. It is situated 10 km from Konni, on the Anchenkoil road. It has incorporated the elements of nature with a thatched roof, surrounded by more than a hundred years old trees in the Kaleli estate. It has a plaque of the Sun God.

In the picturesque place, the devotees can pray to the idols quietly and enjoy the forest’s silence. It has that ikigai moment after you have been there. I suggest a visit for those who have not been there and you will be amazed.
